Yes! We ncourage everyone to set regular grooming appointments. In fact almost 95% of our clientele is book in advance. Last minute appointments are very hard to get even though we strive to always getting you in. Booking your appointments ahead of time is the best way to not be left behind or waiting way too long for an appointment.
We schedule appointments in 1 hour window time of arrival. Therefore, if you have a 1-2 PM appointment, expect our groomers to arrive sometime between 1:00 and 2:00 pm.
Yes! Please have your dog’s ready and waiting when the groomer arrives.
Every dog is different and some may have health issues. Our policy is not providing the dog anything that can ingest. Of course if we notice the dog is dehydrated will contact the owner and will fee the dog with water.
No, No , NO. the whole purpose of making this experience unique and relaxing is having the dog as much comfortable as we can. We DO NOT have crates in the van and We DO NOT use Cage Dryers. We dry dogs gentle with warm air.
All our vans are self contained. Meaning we don't need any hook up from your residence. We use our own electricity and water.
Also our vans have Water Heater.
